Biography

​

Gao Lei obtained a master's degree in economics in Japan, he
loved photography very much when he was a student. After
returning to China, he set his career goal as a professional fashion photographer.
After he was selected as the 2012 Emerging Photographer by China Vogue in 2012, he officially started his career in fashion
photography.
Gao Lei is good at expressing the tension of pictures through simple images combined with high-saturation colors.
At the same time, the works also use different themes to create
stories with the ever-changing fashion trends, so that fashion
photography is no longer just a good-looking picture, but more about showing the current living conditions of young people and their understanding of the present.
As an independent fashion photographer, Gao Lei now shoots fashion photography and fashion photos for Chinese, European and American fashion magazines. He hopes to cooperate with more friends who like fashion to create some more visual and artistic
